This article helps to reset their MAC2.0 account login password only for External MAC users (who are not Metro/Makro employees) 



  1. Log out or click here dam.mac.metro-group.com or https://navigator.mac.metro-group.com/login
  2. Click on "Login for External Users”

  3.  Click on Forgot password

 


4. It will redirect you to Forgot password instance and there you are prompted to provide your email id. When done, click on

 submit.



5. It will send the reset link to your inbox. Accessing that link you will be able to reset your password.



MAC password requirements:
  
  - minimum 8 characters
  - minimum 2 non-alphanumeric characters

Please be aware that you have to create a STRONG Password.

combine special chars, e.g. #, ?, %, lower- and upper-case letters and numbers.
