For users who often perform the same searches, MAC provides a possibility to use Dynamic subset for simplified access to the exact search.
Dynamic subsets allows user to store a search and filter parameters in MAC, so that they can return to a specific display of assets. This includes the selected filters, the sort order, the search expression and the location in the classification tree.
View the list of Dynamic subsets
Go to the page "LIBRARY", in Filter area you can find dropdown with created by/shared with you Dynamic subsets.

When you click dropdown, you can select available dynamic subset.
Dynamic subset can be:
- private - created by you and available only for you
- shared - created by you or other MAC Users, shared with chosen MAC Users
Click a chosen dynamic subset name to apply its filter/search. In chips above image thumbnails you can see criteria of the search:

In order to clean up search criteria, click "Clear".
Create new dynamic subset
Search assets using the search box, facets, taxonomy tree. Click "Create dynamic subset":

Pop up with fields appears:

Provide:
- descriptive collection name (mandatory),
- search query (you are able to search inside subset, thus modify the search results)
- Added parameters can be removed
- check whether dynamic subset should be private or shared with MAC Users. If you chose "Shared" please start typing User's name and choose needed one from the list
- Click "Save"
Update dynamic subset
Note, you can update dynamic subsets created only by you: private or shared.
To do so please choose dynamic subset, click "Update dynamic subset" and change search criteria:

Delete dynamic subset
Note, you can delete dynamic subsets created only by you: private or shared.
To do so please choose dynamic subset, click "Update dynamic subset" and choose "Delete subset". Confirm that you want to delete:
