Upload country product assets
If you upload new country product assets, you must provide the required information so that an asset is created and properly processed.

After you provided all needed information, click "Submit for Upload". The validation starts. The asset may be rejected or uploaded as a new version to an existing asset, see the article https://metroassetcenter.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/15000035306.
When a new asset created, it's autmatically approved and send to CDN.
Copy CS/OB or other country product asset to country assortment
MAC Upload Assistant (https://upload-dam.mac.metro-group.com/) allows you to search existing assets in MAC in certain or all countries with the goal to copy them in your country assortment.
The button "Search & Copy" is available in "Product Assets" category/cluster.

Step 1, Pic.3. By click, you see a popup window where you may provide the search criteria and click "Search".

You may select the scope: Head Office common sourcing and own brands, a certain country or all of them.
In' Product ID' field you may input eSourcing number and GTINs. You may copy the values from excel or other document/system, then paste into the field. Supported delimiters: semicolomn, coma, dot, space.
Note, maximum 100 IDs are allowed for one search.
Step 2, Pic.4. The system finds the assets by provided Product IDs and other selected criteria. You should select those assets which you are going to copy and click "Select to Copy" in the bottom right corner.
If you want to start the search again, click the button "Back to Search" in the top right corner.

Step 3, Pic.5. On the third step you are on a page of uploading new product images where you should provide full MGB or GTIN, select asset type and product view.

Step 4. After you provided all needed information, click "Submit for Upload". It will be processed as an asset uploaded from your computer.
