In MAC there is a possibility to search for Product Images in batch providing list of product article numbers in excel document. 


Supported product IDs: MgbNumber, FullMgbNumber, SubsysNumber. 

*GTIN will work only if asset has one GTIN.

Supported file format: xlsx

Note, maximum 100 articles are allowed for one search.


In MAC, go to the LIBRARY page and click "Search by list" icon from bulk actions panel (Pic.1).

The icon is available from any business domain, the search works among the content relevant to a selected business domain.

The popup will be opened (Pic.2), do the following actions:

(1) activate/deactivate search by Country

(2) select Country from the dropdown

(3) click and select excel file from your computer

(4) click "Search"


Upon click "Search", MAC runs among the business domain content and returns the result in a popup (Pic.3).

Found assets are selected (1), but they are not shown in one screen at the moment.

A list if not found articles (2) which can be downloaded (3).


Found assets can be downloaded (5) or their metadata can be exported (4). You can also close the popup and do any other bulk action:
