What is a campaign?

Campaign is a planned sequence of activities and processes which promote an individual product, service, or resources.

Technically, Campaign is a feature of assets, it plays a role of a container.

Campaign is created regardless of year (for instance, Christmas is a one campaign for all years it was or will be held).

How to create a new campaign in Brand & Campaign Navigator (only for Head Office content managers)?

As soon as a campaign has been launched and your colleagues are ready to share some materials with country colleagues, you need a new campaign in Brand & Campaign Navigator.

To create a new corporate campaign, please open a ticket to our support team (mac@sourcingsupport.de)

Provide in the ticket:

1. Campaign Name

2. Campaign Type

Choose from:

  • Masterbrand Activation
  • Category & Service Activation
  • Seasonal & Deals Activation
  • Own Brands

3. Campaign Introduction / Description

Text containing 400 characters, spaces included.

4. Campaign cover image

The image should fit a 400 x 280 frame, landscape orientation. Please edit it before or be sure that it will not be cropped breaking the main concept.

5. Featured or not

If you want your new campaign to be featured on the Brand & Campaign Navigator homepage (top 3 campaigns), the list of featured campaigns to be reviewed: what to be removed, what order.

When our Support created the campaign, it is then displayed in:

I see a mistake in a campaign, how to correct it (only for Head Office content managers)?

To update the existing campaign, please open a ticket to our support team (support@metroassetcenter.freshdesk.com) and provide the details.

If a mistake relates to assets, try to fix it on your own in MAC. If you are a representative of country marketing team, please contact Head Office or creator of asset.

Why I don't see assets in Brand & Campaign Navigator?

There are some criteria when asset is synced with Brand & Campaign Navigator:

  1. Asset belongs to campaign
  2. Asset is approved

While these criteria aren't met, assets are available only in MAC.
