You have the following download options:
- download to your workstation

- send to Google Drive (see https://metroassetcenter.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/15000029345)
Quick Single asset download from the Library page
To download a single asset, find it on the 'LIBRARY' page
- Hover over the asset you want to download.
- Click on icon.
- The original file will be downloaded by default.
Download page
Select multiple assets on the 'LIBRARY' page. Or click "Download" on Asset Details page
By click 'Download', you will be navigated to the download page and prompted to select download options (applicable for images only).
- (1) The original file will be chosen by default, or choose any preset.

- (3) Select the download settings and select the 'Download metadata' checkbox. Asset file or assets archive will de download as well as excel file with assets metadata.
- To download only metadata click (4) Excel file with asset metadata of all assets of the download selection would be downloaded to a desktop

For multiple assets, the system will prepare a ZIP archive.
The time of download depends on the number, the total size of selected assets and the speed of your internet:
If the package is small, your browser starts its standard download process.
If the package is big, the system takes more time to prepare the package for download
For the delayed download, you will get two notifications, see them in the notification center (click the Ring icon (1)):
- (2) when the preparation of a ZIP archive started
- (3) when the ZIP archive ready for download
After you click the link, you will see the following page, click 'Download' to complete the process
Current configuration for delayed download:
- total file size more than 200 MB
- number of assets more than 10
You cannot download more than:
- 8 GB
- 500 assets
