What is collection

Collections are an easy way to group up your assets, save and share a selection of records for an individual, regardless of their metadata or assigned classifications.

Collections allow to:

  • Organize records regardless of the classifications for self purposes
  • Perform actions in bulk with assets
  • Share assets in collection with other MAC users to e.g. align assets necessary for a campaign

There are two types of collections:

Private — collections that are available only for users who created them.

Shared — collections that are also available for other users.

View the list of collections

Users can navigate to the Collections list from the navigation menu on the top of the page (1).

Сollections are divided into the following sections (2):

  • All collections — all collections available to you.
  • Shared by me — collections created by you and which you've shared with others.
  • Shared with me — collections that were shared with you.
  • Private — your own collections which are only available to you.
