As a METRO employee, please provide your full Name and E-Mail to
support@metroassetcenter.freshdesk.com to get a user account or open directly a Ticket containing this information.
As an external, please approach your contact at METRO and ask him to request an account for you.


To login the system select one of the options:

  • If you are an employee of METRO/Makro, or you have a METRO account, sign in via "Login for employees" button (1)
  • If you are an external vendor, sign via "Login for external users" button (2).
  • (very rare case) if you have personal MAC credentials, use login form (3): User Name and Password.

Only authorized users can access MAC, which means you should have permissions granted. If you see the message as shown on Pic. 2, contact the MAC support team and request the needed access.
